These policies are designed to provide clear, concise guidelines for all the little details and edge-cases that could occur in a transaction. These policies are intended to provide security and confidence to the buyer, while still respecting the value of the human labor that goes into made to order goods.

Returns & Exchanges
All items, which are still in like new condition, and which can be reasonably resold can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The only items I do not consider able to be resold are custom ordered items designed specifically for you, items with personalized details such as names and initials, and all desk pads.
Shipping
I usually use USPS for all my shipping needs but may use Fedex or UPS in certain occasions. All shipments are insured for their full value in the event that they become damaged or lost in transit. Shipments are occasionally delayed. In the event of a delay we defer to the shipping providers guidelines for when a package becomes declared lost. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their delivery location is safe and secure.
International Orders
I cannot provide guidance on the customs and import laws of the many countries where my customers reside. It is the customers sole responsibility to be aware of and to pay all taxes on their orders. I cannot provide help regarding items held up in customs. Keep an eye on your mailbox for a letter from customs about your package. Many delays have been due to these notifications being missed.
