Return Policy

With a few limited exceptions outlined below, any item can be returned or exchanged for any reason, no questions asked.

These policies are intended to provide security to the buyer, while respecting the time, materials, and effort that go into commissioning a custom work of art. Please read the following before attempting to ship back any items.

Like-New Condition

All items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return.

No Custom Orders

Only my regular stock can be returned. Anything that has been personalized with text or sized to fit is ineligible for return. This is not meant to include regularly stocked items that have been "made to order" if they do not otherwise feature personalization or sizing.

Contact Window

You must contact me to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Window

After notifying me of your return, you will be given a window when the package must be received. Usually within 14 days of arranging the return. This is to ensure I am present to collect the package when it arrives.

Address for Returns

An address will be provided when you contact me to arrange a return. I am not always working out of the same place.

Cost of  Shipping

Unless the return is due to flawed workmanship, the cost of all shipping remain the responsibility of the customer. The original cost of shipping will not be returned with a refund for the cost of the product.

Packaging of Returns

Please be sure to package any returns as similarly as possible to how they were shipped out. Improperly packaged items can be damaged in transport and become ineligible for return.

Unapproved Returns  

If a return is received that was not approved but is otherwise in like new condition and is returned  within 14 days of delivery, it may be accepted at the makers sole discretion. If a return is received that does not meet these guidelines the return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
