I ship most orders by USPS Ground Advantage. I will occasionally use other carriers and will do so without giving advanced notice. If there is a carrier you refuse to work with let me know and I can accommodate that. This may cause a delay in shipping your order or incur extra cost.

All orders are insured for their full value by the shipping carrier. This shipping insurance is not without limitation. It applies to damage received during transit, or non-delivery as recognized by the shipping provider.

Shipping is included in the listed price of the majority of my items. Very large items like desk pads and furniture will have an added shipping cost. This will be made clear in the individual item listing.

If you would like to know the exact amount of the price which consists of shipping costs please ask before ordering. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund in the event of a return or exchange except in cases of bad workmanship.

All items are packaged in sturdy brown cardboard boxes and wrapped in soft brown paper. Boxes will be outwardly plain except a black ink logo stamp and the shipping label. Packages are not waterproof. If you expect this will be an issue in your climate or season please reach out after placing your order so that special consideration can be taken.

Wizened Oak Leather does not guarantee any specific delivery dates unless it has been individually arranged on a case by case basis. Any shipping timelines provided are best estimates with many factors being out of my control.
